I am Julio Ramírez, a Mexican attorney, Master of Laws (LL.M.), entrepreneur, real estate developer, husband, and father.
My professional practice integrates Tax, Notarial, and Real Estate Law into a single, fully customized asset protection strategy. Over more than 25 years of experience, I have seen how individuals and families can place their wealth at significant risk—not because of a lack of resources, but because of inadequate legal planning and ineffective tax structuring.

Yeny León and Julio Ramírez have been entrepreneurs from a young age. From legal consulting, Julio brings structure, analysis, and legal certainty. Through her role as Commercial Director of Premium Inmobiliaria, Yeny brings market insight, commercial expertise, and strategic guidance.
